The new 1248-bed John Holland-Built Chisholm Road Prison security tender has now closed and an announcement on the successful tenderer is expected in coming months.

The original ICN package included the supply and installation of the entire range of security solutions – alarms, access control, CCTV, automation, intercom, management solutions and more.

The project is being led by the Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA), with John Holland as the managing contractor. CSBA provide end-to-end project management and delivery of Victoria’s new prisons, youth justice centres, court and custody facilities, emergency services facilities and public safety features such as pedestrian walkways bollards and CCTV networks.
