Keenfinity Group Creates 2 Security Businesses – Keenfinity Group has announced the creation of 2 dedicated businesses from its former Intrusion & Access business but there’s no change to the ANZ business.

Effective September 1, 2026, Radionix will focus exclusively on intrusion alarm systems under the leadership of CEO Phil Dutoy, while MiCOS, led by CEO Gregor Schlechtriem, will become a dedicated access control company.

According to Keenfinity, the move strengthens the strategic focus of both organizations while ensuring continuity for customers, partners, products, and services.

As wholly owned subsidiaries of Keenfinity Group, both Radionix and MiCOS will continue to build on their strong heritage while pursuing dedicated strategies for their respective markets.

For customers and partners, the organizational changes do not affect the products they know and rely on. Within the intrusion portfolio, Radionix will continue to build on trusted Bosch technologies while introducing new innovations under the Radionix brand.

“For access control, the Bosch solutions customers know today remain unchanged and continue to be developed, manufactured, and supported by the same experienced teams,” Hubertus Muehlhaeuser, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Keenfinity Group.

Radionix will continue to focus on intrusion alarm systems, building on a heritage that spans nearly 6 decades under the leader of new CEO, Phil Dutoy.

Importantly, the Australian intrusion business remains part of Radionix, which operates as a dedicated intrusion alarm company within the Keenfinity Group. The recent organisational change is designed to provide greater focus on intrusion and access control technologies, while maintaining continuity for customers, products and support.

The Solution Series intrusion and integrated access control panels sold throughout Australia and New Zealand remain part of the Radionix portfolio. This includes the Solution Series products that customers and installers currently use and rely on.

The newly created MiCOS business is focused on dedicated access control solutions. This includes products such as the Bosch AMC stand-alone access control platform. However, these products are not part of the Australian and New Zealand market offering, and the change has no impact on the Solution Series portfolio available in our region.

In summary, there is no change for Australian and New Zealand customers using Solution Series intrusion and access control systems. These products remain under Radionix, with ongoing product development, support and market presence continuing as normal.
