Knox City Council Alarm Monitoring – Knox City Council in Melbourne has gone to tender seeking alarm monitoring for 77 council buildings and maintenance for 17 alarm systems.
City of Knox Council, based at Wantirna, is a local government area in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with an area of 114sqkm and a population of around 180,000.
The works included under this contract are security alarm monitoring and response for 77, council buildings, maintenance, servicing and renewal for security alarm (and probably access control) systems at 17 council buildings, and routine nightly security patrols at 15 council buildings.
Also included in the scope of works are any additional building security activities required by the council throughout the duration of the contract.
