Ktronics Technician Challenge At SecTech NZ Tests Knowledge, Termination Speed.
Ktronics Technician Challenge At SecTech NZ – Security integrator Ktronics is bringing its Security Technician Challenge on tour with SecTech NZ.
“Following the success of our technician challenge at last year’s ASIAL Security Expo in Sydney, we’re bringing a similar version to SecTech New Zealand,” said Ktronics MD, Karl Lamb.
“Round 1 will be a knowledge check – a quiz covering basic technical knowledge, standards, and best practices. Round 2 is ‘The Speed Challenge’ and installers will terminate a card reader correctly, with accuracy and termination quality scored and the fastest time of the day winning a grand prize.”
SecTech is a pop-up touring expo that brings 25 exhibitors to 3 New Zealand cities in June. SecTech is all about security people getting hands-on with the latest products and technologies, while discussing ways in which they can meet key operational requirements in a vibrant and informal half-day with drinks and finger food to finish.
