LOX CCW30S Electro Magnetic Mini Lock – LOX CCW30S Electro Magnetic Mini Lock is designed for securing hinged doors on lockers, cabinets, and similar small doors.
With a compact form factor and an effective holding strength of up to 180kg, it suits applications where space is limited but reliable magnetic locking is required. The LOX CCW30S is designed to avoid residual magnetism, ensuring easy release when the lock is disengaged.
The lock operates on dual-voltage capability, accepting either 12VDC or 24VDC. Power consumption is 350mA at 12V DC and reduces to 175mA when using 24V DC. The design incorporates built-in varistor (MOV) surge protection, safeguarding the device from electrical surges.
Installation versatility is enhanced with optional brackets – an L and Z bracket set (AMZB3) for inward-opening doors and an L-bracket (AMFB3) specifically for the CCW30S.
The lock is designed for durability, tested to 400,000 cycles, and is built to operate reliably within temperatures ranging from -20 to 60C. It carries CE and RCM approvals and includes a lifetime warranty.
