LSC Launches Digital Credentials for TechED Courses.
LSC Launches Digital Credentials – LSC has launched a new LSC TechED digital credentialling program in partnership with certification provider, Credly.
“Our TechED Training courses are a popular pathway for installers to continue to develop their product knowledge and skills across a wide range of systems,” said Peter Ball, training manager at LSC.
“We’re pleased to introduce digital certifications as part of our TechED offering. These digital badges will serve as legitimised proof of the skills and knowledge participants have gained by completing these courses.”
Each digital badge contains verified metadata that describes both the qualification and process required to earn them. They can also be easily added to email signatures or resumes and can be shared on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Although the scheme launched this week, any individual who has completed a TechED course in the past 18-months will be issued a digital credential retrospectively.
