Mitchell & Brown Communications Acquired By Tyler Levens And Robbie MacDonald.
Tyler Levens and Robbie MacDonald have acquired Western Australian communications, electronic security and fire protection business Mitchell & Brown Communications, Security & Fire.
The acquisition brings new ownership to the Geraldton-based business, which has operated for more than 30 years, providing communications, electronic security and fire protection systems across the Mid-West and regional Western Australia.

The acquisition follows the departure of previous owners Nigel and Chris Dobson, while Glenn Lewington will remain with the business under the new ownership.
Established in 1995, the company operates from 5 Clark Street, Geraldton, servicing customers across the Mid-West, Gascoyne, Pilbara and Goldfields regions.
The company expanded its electronic security operations through the acquisition of VidGuard in 2018 and diversified into fire protection in 2020. Its operations now cover communications, electronic security and fire protection systems for commercial and regional customers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
