Northern Beaches Council Keyless Access – Northern Beaches Council is seeking a keyless access control system for council community centre buildings.
Scope of the expression of interest (EOI) includes provision of a system, including software and door/keypad hardware, which will allow controlled access to council’s community centres for routine and ad hoc hirers.

The proposed systems must allow full integration with a range of booking systems, including Optimo organisational booking system (council’s current booking system).
Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all Sydney’s beaches. Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to its local community.

- Schedule D2, Non-Compliance and Qualifications, Pass/Fail
- Schedule D3, Business Information , Weighted
- Schedule D4, Performance Information, Weighted
- Schedule D5, Proposed Solution, Weighted
- Schedule D6, Detailed Information Response to B2 requirements, Weighted
- Schedule D7, Indicative Costs, Information Only.
The tender closes at 2pm April 30 – full EOI documents are available for download at no cost. Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
