PANASONIC Australia has announced the appointment of Kenneth Tepporn as technical support engineer, security systems.

In this role, Tepporn will provide support and training for the company’s Video Insight video management software solutions.

Most recently, Kenneth was a senior technical support specialist, security solutions at Panasonic North America, and has more than 8 years’ experience with the Video Insight open platform security management system. Joining Panasonic on a 12-month secondment from the US, Kenneth has more than 20 years’ IT experience in the surveillance and security industries, backed by a degree in information technology from the University of Houston.

“Kenneth is a highly experienced engineer who is a strategic addition to our growing Security division,” said Marc Amelung, general manager, mobile solutions and security systems, Panasonic Australia. “He will support our key business partners – including distributors, systems integrators and end-users.”
