Port Macquarie-Hastings Security Review – Port Macquarie-Hastings is seeking a security review of multiple sites across the council area.

The tender points out Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) has many sites requiring security monitoring and says current security arrangements have been in place for some time, with concerns that they are now outdated and not taking advantage of current best practice.

This engagement will complete a critical review of current and proposed security monitoring of council sites and develop a specification for PMHC to invite suitably skilled and resourced security providers in our area to deliver security services for PMHC.

The Port Macquarie-Hastings Council area is a rural, residential and resort area. The council area encompasses a total land area of 3687 square kilometres and population of around 80,000. Council is responsible for management of multiple sites across the area.
