NeutroTest is being designed to serve as a modestly-priced portable detection device that will enable police officers, bomb squads, airport security personnel and other first-responders to quickly and easily evaluate suspicious objects, such as small suitcases, containers or other packages, to identify the presence of materials that may be indicative of potentially dangerous explosives.
