QUEENSLAND’S Office of Industrial Relations requires an investigation management system that will standardise documentation, ensure state-wide consistency and meet the specific needs of investigators for the efficient allocation of work, the management of cases, storage, processing and transmission of security classified information, reporting, and case handover to supporting services.

The anticipated IMS solution is centred around, and will predominantly be utilised to manage, the end-to-end comprehensive investigations process, which forms part of a wider referral and escalation process within the Office of Industrial Relations.

The proposed software solution must already be built, market tested and commercially available, ready to implement upon formation of the contract and will be in the form of a cloud based software as a service (SaaS) model.

The tender closes on June 7, 2018.
