RADIO Data Comms, the manufacturer of the Permaconn monitoring solution, is planning to join forces with Norland Capital, a global technology investor based in Silicon Valley and London.

According to RDC’s Paul Behr, Norland owns a similar company called CSL Dual Plc with parallel products and services based in Europe and the combined R&D capabilities mean RDC customers will benefit from richer and increasingly leading-edge products and services.

“All products, services, support, contacts, etc, will remain in place and there is no change to any commercial terms or pricing,” Behr said. “We will restructure to operate as RDCCo Pty Ltd – instead of trading under a trust as we currently do. Information regarding new bank account details and our new corporate identity will be sent in due course.”
