The Role
* Manage technicians & sub-contractors
* Coordinate and schedule works within required time frames
* Develop relationships with clients and third-party companies
* Ordering of required parts / equipment
* Managing stock levels
* Assist sales team with quoting
* Assist administrative team
* Associated administrative tasks.
The Candidate
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a face paced / demanding environment
* Ability to direct people
* Ability to work within a team environment
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong administration skills (email, software programs etc)
* Electronic Security knowledge or experience would be a bonus
* Experience in a similar role or knowledge of trade industry would be an advantage
* Experience with Simpro would be an advantage.
