UNDER heads of agreement, Rob Rosa will purchase 50 per cent of growing integration business Innotec Security from founder, Stuart Pitcher.

Under the agreement, Pitcher will remain as managing director for technical and operational aspects of the business, while Rosa will become director of sales and marketing. Pitcher said that given the rapid growth of Innotec Security he wanted to continue to expand the business and focus on refining the delivery aspects of Innotec in the technical and operational side.

“Rob will be able to concentrate on the sales and marketing side which will enable us to grow the business and expand our already great client base, while ensuring we can deliver the service that people expect from us,” Pitcher said.

Meanwhile, Rosa said he was excited to re-enter the integration side of security in what is an exciting boom time for security and safety solutions.

“Innotec Security is a perfect fit for me and building the Innotec brand will be my priority,” Rosa said. “Innotec is a reputable integration company with a commitment to quality workmanship and a hunger for growth. The entire team is excited about the new agreement and what the future holds for the business.”

Innotec Security is a Gallagher dealer, supports most other major access control brands, as well as handling video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, emergency management, and lockdown and carpark management. The company is an expert in wireless and specialises in major integrations. ♦
