Key-Where Key Control – Key Where key control system from Harcor Security Seals is a locally manufactured smart panel designed to streamline key tracking and eliminate manual reconciliation.
Originally developed for real estate offices, the platform has been redesigned as a general-purpose key management solution suitable for commercial, industrial and institutional sites.
The system uses LED status indicators on each hook to guide check-in and check-out, giving operators a clear real-time view of key movements. The cloud-based software provides remote status updates, overdue-key alerts via email or SMS, and mobile device identification with a single tap.
Key Where panels measure 1020mm x 680mm x 50mm and include 120 hooks, with space to hold up to 2 key sets per hook depending on size. Each panel comes with a 3-year warranty, power supply, mounting hardware and tags, with software subscription required for operation.
Supplied as a standalone panel for single-site or multi-site deployments, Key-Where installation requires an AC power outlet and a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection for cloud interface.
