SALTO Homelok Shared Space Platform – SALTO Homelok is an access control solution for the shared residential market.
According to SALTO, Homelok integrates smart access control technology, hardware, cloud software, digital keys, and global service support including Apple Wallet key compatibility.
The platform offers a combination of flexibility and control with the fusion of cloud-based and standalone SALTO Virtual Network (SVN) smart access technology to optimize deployments. It also enables a smart building ecosystem, reducing infrastructure and complexity with no need for additional equipment like servers.
Homelok features cloud management, allowing for full control of all access functions and features from the Homelok web app for both operators and residents. With simplified key management, residents can share and provide access from their apartment unit via a smartphone. It also provides access to authorized smart and mobile credentials for residents, visitors, and staff.
The SALTO Homelok API enables integrations with third-party cloud-based applications such as PMS, CRM, Self-touring, etc, making property management easier and more efficient.

The system was recently awarded “Residential Shared Space Platform Of The Year” at the PropTech Breakthrough Awards.
