Sapio Upgrading Busselton Jetty CCTV Solution To Improve Security And Safety.
Sapio Upgrading Busselton Jetty CCTV – Sapio is upgrading the video surveillance solution on Busselton Wharf in Western Australia.
According to Sapio’s client success manager, Brenton Castle, Sapio been upgrading the CCTV system at the iconic Busselton Jetty to improve security and monitoring for this historic site.
“Working on a structure that stretches 2 km into the ocean comes with unique challenges, especially accessing areas beneath the jetty,” Castle said.
“Thanks to the City of Busselton’s innovative ladder system, our team has been able to work safely and efficiently in hard-to-reach spots.
“This project is a great example of how technology and collaboration can enhance security while protecting community landmarks.”
It’s likely the cameras on the Busselton Wharf will be integrated into an installation of CCTV hardware and software installed to enhance safety and security at Busselton Foreshore, Naturaliste Commmunity Centre and John Edwards Pavilion back in 2019.
The CCTV system was installed to enhance safety and security as part of the Busselton Foreshore Masterplan, which included the construction of the new 120-room Hilton Resort on Foreshore Parade.
Sapio designs and installs security solutions, including CCTV, access control, alarms, video management systems, intercom systems and analytics. The company also provides a range of monitoring solutions, including SapioView video verification, analytic video monitoring and virtual patrol services.
