According to Lee, Akuvox also meets the needs of healthcare and aged care with products like the X915 door station, which supports induction loop antennas for the hearing impaired, and the E20S audio station, suitable for nurse call functionality. Bluetooth-enabled Bkey fobs allow convenient, hands-free access for staff or residents with mobility challenges.
For retrofits, Akuvox’s 2-wire IP kits—featuring products like the C313W-2 and R20A-2—allow for modern upgrades using existing cabling, ideal for replacing outdated analog systems. The system supports star, daisy chain, or hybrid topology, giving installers maximum design flexibility.
