SMC Joins SecTech Roadshow 2026 – Monitoring provider SMC has joined SecTech Roadshow 2026, with 22 exhibitors now signed up to bring their latest security technology to 5 Australian capital cities this May.
SMC provides alarm monitoring solutions to a wide range of businesses and residential applications, monitored from its pair of A1 R1A graded monitoring centres. Services that should be of particular interest to security installers include MASWeb, a web-based portal that allows SMC bureau customers to access their end customer’s data from a PC or laptop in their office.
Meanmwhile, MASmobile allows SMC bureaus to access their customer’s details from an app installed on tech’s smartphone or device to see alarm traffic history, customer details and panel zone list, reducing time spent onsite performing routine service calls and giving busy bureaus a better way of accessing end-customer information.
According to SMC, its SMC Remote Video Response service utilises the latest security automation software to integrate intruder detection systems and CCTV systems. Using this solution, SMC can offer remote video response, virtual patrols and virtual escort.
SecTech Roadshow 2026 gets its wheels turning in Brisbane on May 12, trucks down to Sydney for May 14, Melbourne opens on May 19, Adelaide on May 21 and then there’s the long drive over to Perth for May 26. After the Australian tour, SecTech NZ will hits Eden Park in Auckland on June 9, Sky Stadium in Wellington on June 11 and Te Pae in Christchurch on June 16.
