Victoria’s Transport Accident Commission is seeking personal duress alarms for some of its customer-facing staff.
The TAC is seeking to introduce a simple and easy to use personal duress alarm and monitoring service for around 200 employees who are required to conduct client face-to-face interactions as part of their roles.
TAC is the statutory insurer of third-party personal liability for road accidents in the state of Victoria, Australia. It was established under the Transport Accident Act 1986. Its purpose is to fund treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents.
