The $US48 million deal will give Verint a foothold in the Asia Pacific market. Under the transaction, Verint of Denver acquires MultiVision’s Hong Kong-based MultiVision Intelligent Surveillance Ltd. subsidiary. “The acquisition of MultiVision’s networked video security business reinforces our strategy of acquiring companies that expand our geographic presence and extend the capabilities of our actionable intelligence solutions,” said Verint CEO and President Dan Bodner.
