WA Department Of Justice Awards Maintenance Contract To Chubb Fire & Security, Optic Security Group Norwest and Seme Solutions.

WA Department Of Justice Awards Maintenance Contract – Programmed Facility Management has awarded a contract for electronic security maintenance services for the Department of Justice in Western Australia, with Chubb Fire & Security, Optic Security Group Norwest and Seme Solutions all appointed.

The Department of Justice is responsible for delivering justice, legal, corrective, registry, guardianship and trustee services across Western Australia, supporting both the community and the state government.

The contract establishes a multi-contractor model covering maintenance of electronic security systems across a wide geographic footprint, including Perth metropolitan, South-West, Great Southern, Mid-West, Pilbara and Kimberley regions.

Project scope centres on ongoing support of security infrastructure, including CCTV, alarms and access control systems, with contractors responsible for maintaining system performance across custodial and justice-related facilities.

Given the spread of sites, the requirement encompasses logistics as well as technical capability. Service delivery will need to account for remote locations, varied site conditions and the need for consistent system uptime across critical environments.

The use of multiple contractors reflects both the scale of the estate and the operational importance of the systems, with maintenance structured to ensure coverage across regions and continuity of service.

Chubb Fire & Security brings a long-established presence in fire and electronic security services, with capability in large-scale maintenance environments. Optic Security Group Norwest operates across integrated security projects and ongoing service delivery, while Seme Solutions provides electronic security installation and maintenance services across Western Australia.
