TP-Link VIGI Bringing AI camera Range To SecTech NZ This June.

TP-Link VIGI bringing AI camera range to SecTech NZ – TP-Link VIGI is showcasing a range of AI-enabled surveillance solutions at SecTech NZ 2026, centred on 3 camera platforms targeting wide-area coverage, vehicle access control and active monitoring.

The VIGI InSight S385DPS is a dual-lens panoramic camera designed for large open areas. The system uses image stitching to deliver a continuous wide field of view from a single device, reducing the number of cameras required across entrances, warehouses, schools and campus environments. Built-in analytics support human and vehicle classification, intrusion detection, line crossing and people counting, while integrated red and blue warning lights and audio alerts provide active deterrence capability.

For vehicle access applications, the VIGI InSight LPR345Z is designed specifically for licence plate recognition in ANZ conditions. The camera incorporates motorised zoom optics and is tuned for local plate formats, supporting operation in variable lighting and weather conditions, including headlight exposure and fast-moving vehicles. The system supports whitelist and blacklist management, along with search functions for recorded vehicle events, and can be deployed as a standalone system or integrated into VIGI VMS for multi-site management.

The VIGI InSight PTZ5425 addresses larger environments requiring active monitoring. The unit provides 25x optical zoom, pan-tilt capability and AI-assisted auto tracking, allowing operators to follow targets across wide areas. The platform is suited to applications such as schools, transport hubs and logistics sites, with integration into VIGI VMS and cloud VMS supporting expansion across multiple locations. Low-light performance is designed to maintain coverage outside daylight hours.

Beyond individual devices, the range sits within the broader VIGI ecosystem, which includes cloud-based video management, AI analytics, solar-powered surveillance options and integration with TP-Link’s Omada Central platform for unified networking and system management.

The VIGI range will be on show at SecTech NZ, with a focus on scalable deployment, integrated analytics and reducing system complexity across single and multi-site environments – don’t miss it at Eden Park in Auckland June 9, Hnry Stadium Wellington June 11 and Te Pae Christchurch June 16.
