Waikato District Council Seeks CCTV Supply And Installation At 13 Sites.

Waikato District Council Seeks CCTV – Waikato District Council in New Zealand is seeking district-wide CCTV supply and installation at 13 priority sites.

According to council, the key objective of this procurement is to engage a supplier with proven experience and expertise, to procure, install and configure the 13 priority sites across 9 key locations in the Waikato District.

Council said the existing CCTV surveillance system is not fit for purpose and doesn’t effectively assist police investigations. The objective of the project is to upgrade outdated infrastructure in the priority locations, such as inefficient servers, while ensuring stable power and communication systems, expanding the network’s capabilities and to support the New Zealand Police in reducing crime across the Waikato District.

“We are seeking to appoint a qualified and reputable supplier to deliver this project to a high quality, whilst providing a competitive price,” Council said, in the tender release.

This Waikato District Council seeks CCTV tender closes on May 28 at 4pm – you can learn more here, or read more SEN news here.
