Wooroloo Prison Farm Seeks Perimeter Security Upgrade – Programmed Facility Management is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake a perimeter fence security system upgrade at Wooroloo Prison Farm in Western Australia.
Issued on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works and the Department of Justice, tender PROMSA26153 covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the upgraded perimeter security system, together with all associated materials and services required to complete the works.
The project must be delivered while Wooroloo Prison Farm remains fully operational, with contractors required to minimise disruption to staff, prisoners and other facility users throughout the contract period.
Detailed technical requirements are subject to confidentiality. Respondents must complete and submit the provided confidentiality agreement before receiving access to Annexure 1 covering the project scope and specification.
The contractor will be expected to have reviewed the site, contract documentation and all relevant risks and contingencies affecting delivery, with pricing required to cover all obligations and works necessary for proper completion of the project.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Wooroloo Prison Farm, Great Eastern Highway, Wooroloo, at 10am on 3 September 2026. Attendance is a prerequisite for submission of a bid.
Tenderers must register at least 2 days in advance and may send a maximum of 2 representatives. Attendees must present valid photo identification and mobile phones are not permittedon site.
Wooroloo Prison Farm is a minimum-security correctional facility operated by the Western Australian Department of Justice, with a strong focus on work, training and rehabilitation programs.
