Wormald seeks a security technician based in Canberra – experience with Gallagher, Inner Range, Geutebruck and Milestone is valued.

Wormald Security is a leader in the integrated security systems/Type 1A high security market. This specialist security division of Wormald Australia is experiencing ongoing growth and Wormald is currently seeking an experienced security technicians with excellent customer and technical skills to work within its Canberra team.

According to Wormald, this is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated, analytical individual with an eye for detail who wants to work within a supportive team of like-minded industry professionals. The successful application will have a great customer focus and a collaborative approach to teamwork while maintaining the ability to lead by example to both support and deliver projects to successful completion.

The roles will involve work at various client sites to commission, service, and maintain a variety of electronic security technologies including Intruder Detection, Access Control High Security and IP Video systems.

Experience with the following product areas is valued:

* Gallagher and/or Inner Range or other access control systems
* High Security Experience (not essential)
* Geutebruck, Milestone or other IP VMS experience

To be considered you must possess or have the ability to obatin the following:

* A valid ACT/NSW Security Licence
* A valid Driver’s Licence
* Industry White Card
* ACMA Cablers licence (or willingness to attain)
* An AGSVA Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 Minimum) or the ability to gain this clearance with our support.
