Best New Products At ISC West 2026 Highlight AI, Edge Intelligence And Integration.
Best New Products At ISC West 2026 – ISC West 2026 New Product Showcase has highlighted a spread of technologies across access control, video, analytics and integration, with an AI-driven, edge processing and system interoperability focus.
The ISC West awards sometimes go to products that make us wonder from the real world – maybe we’re focusing on hero operational solutions more than the judging panel is. There’s also the limitation of which products have been entered in the race.
Taking the top award as Best New Product was access control manufacturer Ones Technology’s BioAffix Secure I/O Distributor, while the Judges’ Choice Award went to EyePop.ai for its EyePop.ai Platform. Meanwhile, Honeywell secured the SIA NPS Merit Award, alongside category wins in video surveillance.
Operationally, BioAffix Secure I/O Distributor acts as the strategic brain of an access control system by acting as an intelligent, secure power distribution and management device. It features BioAffix LineGuard technology to isolate faulty lines, offers encrypted OSDP communication, and provides independent power to devices like locks and readers, ensuring uninterruptible operation against sabotage.
Meanwhile, the EyePop.ai Platform received both the Judges’ Choice Award and the Video Analytics category award. EyePop.ai allows businesses to build custom computer vision models using their own data or leverage curated models from EyePop.ai’s library. Tailored for startups and software development companies, the platform acts as a virtual machine learning engineer, simplifying the creation of AI-driven applications.
In access control hardware, Allegion’s AdaptivIQ Technology which, when integrated into locking solutions, adjusts throughout both the opening and closing cycle of a door to remain consistent with the door setup with speed and force fully controlled for safest operation. If there’s wind trying to push the door open too fast, AdaptivIQ will slow the door down. If stack pressure is refusing to let a door open AdaptivIQ adds more power to open the door smoothly.
Centrios’ Exit Trim won the wireless access control category. Centrios Exit Trim extends the app-based Centrios ecosystem to exits and can be ordered with the ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA 6100 Exit Device, as well as retrofitting to a range of well-known exit devices already installed in the field.
ROC’s Access Face1 won the biometrics category and in our opinion it’s one of the more interesting product releases of the show. ROC Access Face1 expands the ROC’s Vision AI platform into physical access control and combines biometric identity verification with real-time security intelligence.
Physically, this is an ultra-compact transparent mode biometric reader featuring forged carbon fibre construction and a field upgradable sensor designed to support long-term flexibility in the field. The device supports configurable operating modes ranging from frictionless crowd-based access to single-user, high-security deployments. It also includes simultaneous watchlist and gun detection capabilities.
The device allows organizations can maintain their current infrastructure for managing doors, zoning, and permissions while ROC provides high-assurance biometric identification and critical security intelligence about who is present and what activity is occurring at the access point.
In commercial monitoring, RAD and Immix were recognised for SARA Alive operating within the Immix platform. SARA (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent) fully integrated inside the Immix platform allows security operations centres to automate and optimize their monitoring workflows in real time. Instead of traditional, sequential human event reviews, SARA offers parallel, AI-driven event processing, resulting in significant improvements in speed, consistency, and operational capacity.
Meanwhile, LifeSafety Power’s NetLink Connect NLC and NXB modules won in communications and networking. NetLink Connect (NLC) and NetLink Expansion (NXB) modules increase security and scalability while simplifying installations for managed power systems. NetLink Connect modules use a secure Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) connection to communicate control power system status through a single network drop. NXB is an expansion module that extends NLC communication to multiple enclosures.
AMAG Technology and SwiftConnect’s Symmetry CONNECT 2.0 won the convergence and integration category. Symmetry CONNECT 2.0 helps customers to unify a single identity across disparate physical access control systems, while preserving existing infrastructure and minimising disruption. The solution allows security operators manage one identity while scaling across multiple mixed systems and buildings.
Spotter Global’s GAX500-3D radar system won in counter-drone and robotics – this is a growing area of concern and interest. The system uses compact holographic 3D radar technology, rapid 18 Hz volumetric scanning, low-power operation, and modular deployment with NetworkedIO software to detect drone swarms.
Vaidio 9.3 Camera Agent won in design and diagnostic tools. Vaidio turns camera feeds into actionable data — helping security managers control how safely, securely, and effectively an enterprise is operating. The solution allows managers to drive operational transformation using advanced Vision AI capabilities and existing CCTV installations.
FieldAI’s Foundation Models for Security and Patrol won in the drone and robotics solutions. Field Foundation Models use vision, LiDAR, text and other inputs give the robot a rich understanding of its environment. Massive data sets from actual deployments provide more real-world context for greater adaptability, while structures throughout a space provide built-in context for uncertainty that guides the robot’s behaviour as it learns.
Telecor’s eWear won in emergency communication systems. Telecor’s eWear is a mobile duress pendant designed for personal safety, providing staff with a discreet and comfortable way to trigger emergency alerts. A key component of the Telecor eSeries emergency communication system, it works in conjunction with the Telecor eSeries public address, intercom, and paging system that enables immediate activation of panic alerts, ensuring quick responses to emergencies.
Next comes the Fire and Life Safety category, which was taken out by Potter’s PotterNet-FOW Floor Overview Window – a giant 24-inch UL 864 BSIU-listed status panel touchscreen that’s designed for high-rise buildings. The unit provides first responders with real-time, visual monitoring of elevator lobbies, heat/smoke detectors, and hoistway lighting.
Secure Passage won in identity management. Secure Passage fuses video, sensors, access, movement, and context into identity-aware intelligence that reveals who or what is present and how they’re behaving. The system also captures attributes from devices, applications, and machines including license plates, MAC addresses, and system signatures only physical security can provide. The system also manages non-biometric credentials and identity workflows, supporting secure issuance and lifecycle management.
FiberRanger’s perimeter fence protection solution, the FR300 Redundant, won in intrusion detection. FR301-Redundant pairs 2 FR301 systems in a 100 per cent redundant configuration, where the secondary system automatically starts with an up-to-date configuration when the primary systems fails. The FR301-Redundant system can protect up to 100 km (50 km each sensor) with a location accuracy of +/- 6m.
CyberLock’s CyberKey Blue 4 won in lock and key solutions. With Bluetooth 5.2 technology for secure updates of access permissions via the CyberAccess mobile app, CyberKey Blue 4 is equipped with a modern USB-C charging port, stores encrypted access codes, specific lock lists, and authorized schedules, can record up to 12,000 audit trail events.
EyeOTmonitor ImageAssure won in managed services. ImageAssure is an AI-powered camera health monitoring feature developed by EyeOTmonitor that validates video usability rather than just checking if a camera is online. ImageAssure uses artificial intelligence to continuously inspect live video feeds for various forms of degradation including blur and focus, obstruction, camera movement, lighting problems and environmental factors.
