Hills Reliance, an alarm and automation solution distributed locally by Hills, is a series of integrated systems that incorporates the R8, R12, R128 and XRpro panels, which support security, automation and remote management.
The latest XRpro panel is backwards and sideways compatible, making installation or upgrades of existing Reliance systems easy. XPpro features built-in IP communication, encrypted connections and 2 wireless ITI receivers, 1 for 60-bit legacy ITI wireless and the other 80plus – which is encrypted ITI wireless.
These panels can be expanded to a maximum of 176 zones and can support up to 256 users with 4-digit PIN codes, giving the selected user authority to create, modify and delete other pin codes. Other key features include anti-tamper supervision of both hardwire and wireless zones, Onboard Wireless Receiver, and protection of up to 8 individual areas and partitions.
Neat, too, you can use Hills Reliance to automatically control lights, door locks and heating control and the Ultrasync App enhances capabilities, allowing users to arm and disarm the system remotely, check if doors and windows are open, live monitor an entire site or specific areas of the premises.
Due to its flexible control and high level of security standards, Hills Reliance is typically used in both domestic and commercial settings – there’s a huge range of devices and accessories to complement and empower Reliance range, including code pads, remotes, reeds, detectors, card readers and plenty more.
“Hills Reliance alarm systems are designed to be expandable in order to meet the demands of growing families or expanding sites,” said Hills’ John Nowacki. “Ideal applications for Reliance include education institutions, retail spaces, government buildings, aged care facilities, and warehouses.”
