Halifax Business Park Seeks CCTV, ANPR

Business Parks Crave CCTV – Halifax Business Park in Bunbury is seeking a CCTV and ANPR solution for monitoring of vehicle entries.

The City of Bunbury requires the services of an experienced contractor to supply and install 5 automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras at the entrances to the Halifax Business Park as shown in the layout map of the tender documents accessible via the contacts below.

The majority of the proposed camera locations are not adjacent to a hard-wired electrical power source so a solar powered solution may be the most feasible option.

The 5 ANPR CCTV cameras to be installed as part of this request will replace the existing CCTV camera system. These cameras will have monitoring capabilities installed at the Bunbury Police Station and be connected by a fibre optic cable to the Bunbury Data Centre located under the City of Bunbury Library. The NVR, network terminating equipment and NAS storage device will be hosted in the City of Bunbury rack in the Bunbury Data Centre.

The Halifax precinct does not have any fibre optic cables installed in the area so the vendor’s solution will need to consider the data transport mechanisms required to stream the CCTV video camera images to the NVR in the Bunbury Data Centre.
