ICT Appoints Sarah Thompson – NZ-based electronic security manufacturer, ICT, has announced the appointment of Sarah Thompson as chief product officer.
With a background in strategy development, business transformation, and executive leadership, Thompson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to lead the maturation of ICT’s customer-focused product management capability.
In her previous role as chief product officer at EROAD, a global regulatory fleet telematics company, Thompson played a role in supporting the company’s growth target, expanding connections, and driving innovation across markets.
Her accomplishments included aligning the executive team on ‘goforward’ strategy, increasing market penetration in North America, and championing sustainability product development with a focus on reducing carbon emissions.

Additionally, she has successfully reported to board level and has extensive experience in governance, collaborating with sophisticated partners across R&D, universities, government, and health institutions.
