The Stockholm, Sweden-based ASSA ABLOY has acquired Pomona, Calif.’s Adams Rite for an undisclosed purchase price.
The acquisition adds to what is already a large access control offering from ASSA ABLOY, with HID Corp., Indala, Securitron, Sargent and Yale.
The firm says there aren’t any changes planned to the management, employee and supply-chain structure at Adams Rite.
