Bentley Health Service Surgicentre Project Seeks CCTV As Part Of Integrated Solution.
Bentley Health Service Surgicentre Project Seeks CCTV – WA’s Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure has released early tender advice for forward works associated with the Bentley Health Service Surgicentre project, with release of the construct-only package expected on 15 April 2026.
The works will be delivered by the Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery and will cover civil, services and enabling infrastructure across the Bentley Health Service site.
While the package is framed as civil and services works, the scope includes a defined layer of electronic security infrastructure tied to broader site upgrades. These works include provision of communications pathways, integration of CCTV systems with existing site platforms, and installation of communications cubicles associated with car park systems.
Meanwhile, power, lighting and communications services will be extended to new at-grade parking areas, supporting surveillance coverage and operational safety across expanded vehicle zones.
Security-related scope is centred on the deployment of CCTV integrated with existing hospital systems, indicating continuity with current monitoring and management platforms. The broader electrical scope, including new switchboards, transformers and generator infrastructure, underpins resilience of site-wide systems, including security and life safety platforms.
Bentley Health Service is part of Western Australia’s public health network and serves a large metropolitan catchment in Perth’s south-east. The Surgicentre project forms part of ongoing upgrades to clinical capacity and supporting infrastructure, with the forward works package preparing the site for construction of the new facility.
