Bosch Building Technologies will acquire UK-based security and fire detection integrator, Protec Fire and Security Group for undisclosed terms. Protec has 1100 staff across 9 locations.

Protec Fire and Security Group was founded in 1968 and the company’s services and products are used in numerous sectors, including airports and railway stations. Alongside the U.K, the Netherlands is another important market for Protec.
