Bosch Security Business Relaunches as Keenfinity Under Triton Ownership.

Bosch Security Business Relaunches as Keenfinity – Bosch Group’s security and communications technology product business officially relaunched on July 1 as Keenfinity Group following its acquisition by European investment firm Triton.

With all regulatory approvals finalised, the new entity begins operations today as an independent company within the Triton portfolio. Important to note, however, is that because Bosch Security Systems is an existing legal entity, the name remains Bosch Security Systems and will officially change to Keenfinity before end of Q3.

According to Peter Loeffler, CEO of Keenfinity, the transition sets the stage for growth.

“We are excited about our future as a standalone company and convinced that the partnership with Triton brings us the opportunity to realize our full potential,” Loeffler said.

“Our renowned brands exemplify our dedication to quality, reliability, and innovation, laying a solid foundation for future growth.”

Keenfinity inherits a portfolio of globally recognised brands, including Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS, and Telex. Its product range spans intelligent video systems, advanced access control, intrusion detection, and communications platforms, all of which are well known and widely respected by security people in ANZ.

Development and manufacturing remains in-house, with facilities in Germany, Portugal, Mexico and China ensuring regional flexibility. The investment aligns with Triton’s focus on supporting sector-leading technology companies.

“Keenfinity is at the core of our investment strategy to further develop market leading companies,” said Triton’s Sachin Jivanji.

“We see significant untapped potential and want to support by investing in the company’s brands, technology, sales force, and go-to-market strategies.”

Local entities will begin rebranding under the Keenfinity name after July 1, with no changes to ownership or operational structure in each country.
