BSH Electrical has won a contract to supply, install and commission a new security system at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery and its remote locations.

The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery located in Hobart, Tasmania, was established in 1846 by the Royal Society of Tasmania, the oldest Royal Society outside England. The scope of works of this tender includes supply, installation and commissioning of a new security system at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery’s city location, as well as the Rosny Campus and Moonah Store.

BSH Electrical is a Tasmanian owned and operated electrical contracting business established in 1985. BSH employs a team of over 80 and provides such services as power, lighting, security, communication, nurse call, fire detection, CCTV and facility maintenance to all areas of the state, including its outlying islands.

The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
