♦ CCTV For Vacant Properties – Queensland’s Department of Transport and Main Roads – Fitzroy Region – is seeking CCTV coverage of remote properties – we only just found this job on qtenders, so you’ll need to move fast if interested.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads, North Coast Region, is seeking proposals for the provision of security surveillance services across multiple vacant lands and residential/commercial properties on the Mooloolah River Interchange project.

Funded in partnership by the Qld and Federal Governments, Sunshine Motorway, Mooloolah River Interchange upgrade, contracted to GHD SMEC Joint Venture, is designed to deliver a safe, efficient and effective transport network to meet the current and future transport needs of the Sunshine Coast.

The first stage of this project includes a new road overpass to provide a more direct and efficient connection from Nicklin Way to Brisbane Road at Mooloolaba and a new local road connection between Karawatha Drive at Mountain Creek and Brisbane Road at Mooloolaba.

Future stages included in the planning layout will deliver:

* A new crossing of the Mooloolah River, connecting the Sunshine Motorway to Kawana Way
* The Mooloolah River Interchange, with connections to Sunshine Motorway, Nicklin Way and Kawana Way
* Upgrade of the Sunshine Motorway from 2 to 4 lanes between the existing Kawana Way Interchange and the Mooloolah River Interchange
* Direct, safe and efficient connection for the Sunshine Motorway, north to west.
