Convergint Buys Aussie AV provider, Peace of Mind Technology, a Sydney-based provider of audio-visual, workspace and communications technology solutions.
The acquisition marks Convergint’s entry into the audio-visual (AV) market in Australia, greatly expanding the $2.3 billion company’s vertical expertise and key service capabilities.
Founded in 1996, Peace of Mind Technology’s team of 130 provides audio-visual and workspace design, strategy, and technology solutions to customers across Australia.
