MSS is a locksmithing, access control, alarm and security monitoring business based on the outskirts of Melbourne. It will be re-located to Designer Doorware’s head office in Sunshine and trading from there on 5th March 2012. The acquisition includes Williamstown Locksmiths, also owned by MSS.
Managing director of Designer Doorware, Brendan Morter said, “We are excited about this stage of the group’s growth. The acquisition of Matnick Security Services means Designer Doorware can provide a complete service to help our customers secure their premises – from architectural door hardware and locksmithing through to on-site, electronic security, access control, service and maintenance.”
MSS will continue to service a list of major clients across the corporate and government sectors, and combined, the businesses will offer extended services to architects, builders and developers.
