DSC and Qolsys Growing

♦ DSC and Qolsys Growing – Australian security wholesaler BGW Technologies reports that its intrusion business has again shown strong growth over the last 12 month.

According to BGW Technologies Robert Meachem, the alarms/intrusion category has grown more than 20 per cent in FYI22 vs FY21, with DSC shooting up more than 15 per cent and the game-changing Qolsys showing new business growth at over 150 per cent.

“The superb product reliability, continued investment in product development and support by JCI, coupled with our focused approach in this category, is giving us fantastic returns on our long term investment,” Meachem said.

“What’s more, the transition to new digital technologies – Qolsys runs on the Alarm.com cloud platform – is gathering serious momentum, evidenced by growth in unit sales and big batches of new customers.”

BGW Technologies’ DSC NEO is a hard wired or wireless product expandable up to 128 zones and is well-known for its clever and long range PowerG wireless TX/RX devices.

Meanwhile, Qolsys is an all-in-one wall mount or desk mounted touch screen with DSC wireless devices, Z-Wave, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G communications, with smart home features and fully underpinned by the highly regarded Alarm.com platform.

This platform allows full alarm, access control and Video integration all in one user-friendly app and feature rich dealer portal.
