The device is a compact, highly durable electromagnetic door holder suitable for most swing doors that accepts voltages of either 12-24VDC (12VDC/100mA and 24VDC/50mA) and is fire rated up to 4-hours to Australian Fire Test Standards AS1905.1:2015.
Other features include an emergency release button/test button, suitability for floor or wall mount applications, reliable fail-safe mechanism, and silent operation.
