HILLS Limited has announced the appointment of Alan Kinkade AM to the Hills’ board, as a non-executive director.
Kinkade has over 30 years senior executive experience in the public and private health sector. In 2017 he retired from his role as group CEO of Epworth HealthCare after a decade of service and success. Kinkade was instrumental in transforming the financial and operational performance of Epworth and improving the culture of the group.
Kinkade possesses strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage large and complex organisations. Prior to his role at Epworth he was engaged in senior executive roles at Ramsay Health Care, HCF, Concord Repatriation General Hospital, Northern Sydney Area Health Service and the Royal North Shore Hospital.
Kinkade commenced his career at Price Waterhouse and he has a proven record of innovation, business development and change management and experience in delivering major capital works on time and under budget.
Throughout his career Kinkade has served as a committee member on many national and state industry bodies and as a board member on various health and research organisations.
Hills Chairman, Jennifer Hill-Ling, welcomed Kinkade’s appointment.
