Massive Security CCTV For New Sydney Airport – A massive security and CCTV solution is sought for the Western Sydney International Airport by AeroWest JV.

The $A380 million Landside Civil and Building Works package includes supply and install of the new airport’s permanent CCTV system, as well as access control, alarms, automation and plenty more.

The Western Sydney Airport Co (WSA) has begun construction on the curfew-free Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, which is due for completion in 2026.

AeroWest JV, comprising of BMD Constructions and Seymour Whyte Constructions, was awarded the $A380 million Landside Civil and Building (LCB) Works Design & Construct Contract in December 2021.

Massive Security CCTV For New Sydney Airport Includes

  • Ancillary facilities for aviation, support function, includes airport operations, emergency operations, maintenance, and airfield access gates
  • Sitewide Systems, includes elements of audio-visual monitors, building and infrastructure systems, electronic security systems, network and telecommunication systems, and parking management systems
  • Enabling infrastructure within the site for high voltage power and the ICN, which includes the sites fibre optic cable backbone (FOCB).

All subcontractors must be compliant with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Works 2016 to be considered for project tendering opportunities.
