Security manufacturer and distributor, Nidac Security, is seeking sales and technical support for its access control, alarm, CCTV, video intercom and automation product ranges.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales and technical support of security products. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
This role requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of security hardware products such as access control, GSM diallers, CCTV and intercoms.
The position is full-time, inhouse, based in Burwood, Melbourne, Victoria.
Responsibilities:
* Trade counter sales. Daily writing of sales documents, sales orders.
* Outbound sales calls to existing customers
* Phone tech support
* Maintain existing customer relationships
Qualifications:
* 3 years+ prior industry-related sales and technical support experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge of security hardware
