QSS has grown its customer service and administration teams in Melbourne and Adelaide.
According to QSS COO, Rob Rosa, Katie Newcombe has been appointed customer service and administration manager at QSS in Port Melbourne.
“Katie’s vast experience in all areas of security and customer relationships makes her a valuable addition to our front line customer service model at QSS,” Rosa said.
“Meanwhile, Kayla Brock is our new administration trainee in our Adelaide office. She is a highly motivated and energetic 21-year-old who has just completed her Cert 2 in Business at TAFE SA.
“We have appointed Kayla under a graduate traineeship for administration and customer service with a progression into sales later stage in her career.
“Both these appointments enhance QSS’ ability to offer its clients what we believe is the best customer service in the security industry.”
