Securitas Acquires Loss Prevention Specialist CamVision – Securitas has acquired Danish security technology specialist CamVision, strengthening its capability in retail loss prevention and electronic security across the Danish market.

The deal expands Securitas’ ability to deliver scalable security solutions across both small single-site businesses and larger, multisite operations, with a focus on integrating technology with standardised service delivery.

For smaller businesses, particularly in retail, the acquisition adds packaged security offerings built around proven technology and simplified deployment. Larger clients gain access to more advanced, technology-led systems designed for complex operational environments.

“With the acquisition of CamVision, we strengthen our offering for micro and small business clients, particularly within retail. By combining proven security technology with standardized service delivery, we can offer simpler, scalable, and reliable package solutions tailored to singlesite needs,” said Claus Fibiger, country president, Securitas Denmark.

CamVision brings established capability in alarms, video surveillance and electronic article surveillance, along with a strong retail client base.
