BOSCH Security Systems has emphasised its focus on further improving products and services it provides to the market with 2 key internal appointments.

Paul Donnelley has taken on the newly created role of national security sales and integrated projects manager for Bosch Security Systems, while Melanie Wilson has been appointed national customer service and support manager.

Donnelly has worked with Bosch Security Systems for over 12 years and has a wealth of experience in the Security Industry. He has held many different roles within the business and most recently has been leading the Integrated Projects Team. Already well known to the industry, Donnelley will take on responsibility for all security sales and projects and lead the national security sales team.

Melanie Wilson will now report directly to Chris Dellenty, general manager and her role will involve a continued focus on excellence in customer service as Bosch’s cornerstone of success. With a solid background in security sales, Wilson’s combined knowledge of product, procedures and customers guarantees a positive customer experience when dealing with Bosch.

According to Dellenty, over the coming months and into 2016, Bosch will be releasing some very exciting new products which will further enhance the security solutions available to customers.

“Working with major customers, distribution partners and with a focus on major projects, Bosch is very well positioned for growth well into the future,” he said.♦
