Dataline Visual Links has won a contract valued at around $A350,000 to replace security CCTV infrastructure at Fremantle Hospital in Western Australia.

The project involves replacing the recording system with a current technology recording and management system, upgrade the central control room hardware and layout, upgrade a number of existing encoders and to potentially add 15 new IP cameras to the system.

Fremantle Hospital has around 113 existing cameras recorded across 5 Honeywell EBI/DVM archive machines and managed from a central control location within the facility.

With the opening of Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospital has become a 300-bed hospital focused on services such as mental health, aged care, secondary rehabilitation, palliative care, and planned surgeries.
