Cirrus Networks will provide CCTV storage to PTA.

Cirrus Seizes $1.8 Million PTA CCTV – Public Transport Authority of Western Australia has awarded a $A1.8 million CCTV storage contract to Cirrus Networks.

According to the original tender, there has been substantial organic growth of the CCTV environment across the Public Transport Authority (PTA). This organic growth requires a significant expansion of the CCTV storage capacity.

PTA sought a more cost-effective storage solution than its existing system that provides the required performance and availability for the CCTV environment and reduces the total cost of ownership for the PTA as the storage capacity requirements increase.
