City of Cockburn Seeks Security Integration — City of Cockburn is seeking a licensed, experienced and reliable security systems contractor to provide security monitoring, system installations and maintenance services at buildings and properties throughout the City of Cockburn.
Sites include various administration buildings, community centres, sports clubrooms, libraries and public facilities.
The contract is for a period of 3 years, with a principal-instigated option to extend up to 1 year and then for up to 12 months after that to a maximum of 5 years — the contract is expected to commence in June 2025. A full statement of the services required under the proposed contract appears in B01 of the specification.
Of note is a mandatory site meeting — failure to attend this briefing will render the tenderer ineligible. The briefing will take place on Wednesday, April 30 at the City of Cockburn Operations Centre — 52 Wellard Road, Bibra Lake.
The briefing will provide tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the principal prior to the closing of the tender.
